Eriberto Vergaray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celsinho de Azevedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Amadeo Vistruario made a huge save. In the 16th minute, Tiresia FC's Eskil Månsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amadeo Vistruario. Amadeo Vistruario yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Eriberto Vergaray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arttu Olkkonen in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Justo Abascal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arttu Olkkonen in the 22nd minute of play forced Tiresia FC's goalkeeper Eriberto Vergaray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Justo Abascal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiresia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Justo Abascal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeo Vistruario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eriberto Vergaray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arttu Olkkonen in the 27th minute of play. A throw-in in the 28th minute of the game was made by Betão Souto with Eskil Månsson as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Amadeo Vistruario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeledon Eufemio in the 29th minute. Arttu Olkkonen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celsinho de Azevedo to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Cepicó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Garikoitz came free, but Amadeo Vistruario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Arttu Olkkonen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Eriberto Vergaray was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tiresia FC's Genaro Erramu was substituted for Abel Jordão. Cepicó FC's Americo Raitin was substituted for Mauricio Cuero. Cepicó FC's Nemesio Refugio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Celsinho de Azevedo in the 70 minute of the game. Tiresia FC's Eriberto Vergaray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arttu Olkkonen in the 71st minute of play. In the 86th minute, Teofilo Montez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cepicó FC's Amadeo Vistruario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celsinho de Azevedo in the 88th minute of play. After 89 played minutes Cepicó FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Aurre. 92 minutes in the game Betão Souto did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Genaro Erramu. 94 minutes into the match, Arttu Olkkonen notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Tiresia FC's Eriberto Vergaray. Eriberto Vergaray was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cepicó FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
