Cervatero's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Domingo Nikola in the 16th minute. In the 19thth minute of the game Piotrek Stepin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cervatero's Hilario Godoy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Piotrek Stepin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Hilario Godoy made a huge save. Hilario Godoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Ordono in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Wilfredo Giro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hilario Godoy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Piotrek Stepin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Hilario Godoy successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

One of Cervatero:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Goyo Rivas FC:s goal. After a rather tough play, Cervatero's Ivan Santio got a free kick in the 55th minute. Lars Seidenfad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Giro in the 64th minute of play. Lars Seidenfad stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Giro's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. The supporters of Goyo Rivas FC booed when Cervatero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Ugutz didn't get a good kick on the ball.
