Rigoberto Turi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Rene Flor hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute Amadeo Berasko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Bastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Rigoberto Turi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas Bastia. Red Bull Crystallis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rigoberto Turi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Berasko in the 14th minute of play forced Red Bull Crystallis's goalkeeper Lucas Bastia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Red Bull Crystallis's goalkeeper Lucas Bastia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loco Borja. 17 minutes into the game, Valentin Makovskiy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Lucas Bastia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Red Bull Crystallis's William Bodin got a free kick in the 24th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Amadeo Berasko managed to get in a good position for a shot. LA MAQUINA F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Berasko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Bastia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as LA MAQUINA F.C's Rigoberto Turi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lucas Bastia. That made the score 5-0 after 26 minutes of play. A collision led to Red Bull Crystallis getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Gualterio Castulo hit a great ball. Lucas Bastia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Berasko in the 30th minute of the match. Lucas Bastia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Turi, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Lucas Bastia made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Valentin Makovskiy sent off a good shot on target. Lucas Bastia was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Rigoberto Turi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rigoberto Turi really showed his touch with that goal: 6-0. Lucas Bastia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Berasko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Makovskiy got free with Lucas Bastia in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. LA MAQUINA F.C's Sérgio Berti got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucas Bastia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto Pernambucano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Bastia came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by LA MAQUINA F.C's Sérgio Berti. But to his dismay, Sérgio Berti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

51 minutes into the match, Red Bull Crystallis's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Savion came free, but Lucas Bastia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Makovskiy in the 52nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Red Bull Crystallis defense, Rigoberto Turi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Bastia. The Red Bull Crystallis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Bastia should have stopped the shot. Loco Borja scored 9-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas Bastia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Amadeo Berasko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucas Bastia having to make a save. Lucas Bastia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amadeo Berasko went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. If Raimundo Savion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Loco Borja's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucas Bastia was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Loco Borja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Lucas Bastia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Bastia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loco Borja, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. LA MAQUINA F.C had played much better football throughout.
