With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gervasio Vela in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucas Bastia saved Red Bull Crystallis from getting behind. After 13 minutes, Stevie Gerrard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Red Bull Crystallis and the Departamento 912 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Departamento 912 made a substitution. Haroldo Montae replaced Candido Gonzalez. After 14 played minutes Red Bull Crystallis got a freekick which was hit by Stevie Gerrard. 15 minutes into the match, Red Bull Crystallis's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Vela came free, but Lucas Bastia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erubiel Hernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Flor, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Vela in the 20th minute of play forced Red Bull Crystallis's goalkeeper Lucas Bastia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 minutes of play, Departamento 912's Gervasio Vela made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gervasio Vela might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucas Bastia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gervasio Vela ran back to his position shaking his head. 29 minutes into the match, Departamento 912's Gervasio Vela sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucas Bastia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucas Bastia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Vela in the 30th minute of the match. Gervasio Vela scored 0-4 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas Bastia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Erasmo Bermudez fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Departamento 912's protests and gave Erasmo Bermudez a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes Departamento 912 got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Bermudez. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Vela in the 37th minute of play forced Red Bull Crystallis's goalkeeper Lucas Bastia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Bastia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blair Goodwin in the 40th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Red Bull Crystallis defense, Haroldo Montae kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Bastia. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gervasio Vela made a kick off. Lucas Bastia made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Gervasio Vela sent off a good shot on target. Gervasio Vela could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Lucas Bastia made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gervasio Vela got free with Lucas Bastia in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 58 minutes into the match, Red Bull Crystallis's goalkeeper Lucas Bastia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gervasio Vela. Red Bull Crystallis's Lucas Bastia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Red Bull Crystallis from getting a goal against them. After having played for 65 minutes, Gervasio Vela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Departamento 912's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gervasio Vela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Bastia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gervasio Vela in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute, Departamento 912's Gervasio Vela ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lucas Bastia. Lucas Bastia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Departamento 912's Jeronimo Manni was substituted for Gervasio Vela. In the 77th match minute, Red Bull Crystallis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Castulo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Jeronimo Manni got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 81 minutes into the game, Jeronimo Manni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Lucas Bastia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Departamento 912's Marcial Mon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lucas Bastia. That made the score 0-9 after 87 minutes of play. Lucas Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Bermudez in the 93rd minute of play. Jeronimo Manni didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-11 via right post in the game's 94th minute. Departamento 912's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Departamento 912 played a much better game than Red Bull Crystallis and deserved their victory. The Red Bull Crystallis players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
