Bicicleta F.C.'s Tony Löv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by D.J. Gol in the 7th minute of play. Antonio Gombal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Tony Löv made a huge save. Tony Löv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from D.J. Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, D.J. Gol took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tony Löv to make any attempt to save it. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antoine Griezmann in the 17th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Bo Lennartsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl-Johan Ahlqvist. Black Rose 1979's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bo Lennartsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. With a little luck, Bicicleta F.C.'s Tony Löv got control of the ball when D.J. Gol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antonio Gombal's late challenge caught a Bicicleta F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davor Šuker in the 81st minute of play forced Bicicleta F.C.'s goalkeeper Tony Löv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute Davor Šuker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Löv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
