Kang Han Zhen might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jens Mikaelsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kang Han Zhen ran back to his position shaking his head. 27 minutes into the match, Waragorn's goal looked a bit too open when Kang Han Zhen came free, but Jens Mikaelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Kang Han Zhen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 30th minute Kang Han Zhen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Mikaelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kang Han Zhen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens Mikaelsson having to make a save. Jens Mikaelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kang Han Zhen in the 31st minute of play. Teo Cordarius's late challenge caught a &La vieja Guardia&'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teo Cordarius helped the player get up and apologised. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kang Han Zhen was the one to do the kick off. Kang Han Zhen took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jens Mikaelsson. Jens Mikaelsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 54th minute Igor Cordeara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Teofilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kang Han Zhen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jens Mikaelsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Kang Han Zhen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens Mikaelsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Pelayo Contratas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Jens Mikaelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Waragorn's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
