Raimundo Aznaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kalessin's goalkeeper Raimundo Aznaro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 16th minute Lautaro Suárez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Batalla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kalessin's Raimundo Aznaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Bakar in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Arianos DM's Ramiro Mel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raimundo Aznaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 25thth minute of the game Victor Bakar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kalessin's Raimundo Aznaro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Arianos DM's Victor Bakar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raimundo Aznaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 30th minute Arianos DM were awarded a corner. Fausto Mannie went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Fausto Mannie got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Raimundo Aznaro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kalessin's goalkeeper Raimundo Aznaro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Victor Bakar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raimundo Aznaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. When Arianos DM's Victor Bakar in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kalessin's goalie prevented a goal. 36 minutes into the game, Gonzalo Regis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kalessin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arianos DM the free kick. A collision led to Kalessin getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Gonzalo Regis hit a great ball. Lautaro Suárez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Augusto Batalla came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Suárez slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 43rd minute. Victor Bakar took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raimundo Aznaro. Raimundo Aznaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Arianos DM's Lambe Conchas was substituted for Victor Bakar. After the first half Arianos DM were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Raimundo Aznaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Furman, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Kalessin's goalkeeper Raimundo Aznaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lambe Conchas. Kalessin's Raimundo Aznaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Kalessin from getting a goal against them. Kalessin's Romeo Etxepare was substituted for Edgard Oinaz. Arianos DM made a substitution. Andres Ireno replaced Guaberto Furman. Augusto Batalla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Regis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kalessin's Simon Romildo was substituted for Lautaro Suárez. Cirilo Baristo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Raimundo Aznaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lambe Conchas in the 84th minute. A collision led to Kalessin getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Federico Terciero hit a great ball. When Lambe Conchas came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Arianos DM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lambe Conchas couldn't finish the play. Augusto Batalla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Romildo in the 96th minute of the match.
