Buenos y Malos Ayres's István Détári proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Buenos y Malos Ayres from getting a goal against them. Paulo Theobald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maximo Bordat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bartolo Nuno might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over István Détári. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bartolo Nuno ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolo Nuno got free with István Détári in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 18 minutes into the match, Buenos y Malos Ayres's goalkeeper István Détári had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartolo Nuno. Primitivo Fernanco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Theobald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boca Juniors were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Buenos y Malos Ayres's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Orlando Lluques took the corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximo Bordat in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck István Détári prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Primitivo Fernanco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Theobald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bartolo Nuno came free with the goalkeeper in the 45th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and István Détári could save by the left post. After 46 played minutes Buenos y Malos Ayres got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Palmkvist. István Détári made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Bordat in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Buenos y Malos Ayres's Bernabe Llorenc was substituted for Danilo Dubardo. After 58 played minutes Buenos y Malos Ayres got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Theobald. In the 59th minute, Maximo Bordat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Primitivo Fernanco successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Su Zhen kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. A collision led to Buenos y Malos Ayres getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Su Zhen hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolo Nuno in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 66th minute Bartolo Nuno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but István Détári saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Maximo Bordat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boca Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Buenos y Malos Ayres the free kick. Buenos y Malos Ayres made a substitution. Arnulfo Beltran replaced Paulo Theobald. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Maximo Bordat got a free kick in the 69th minute. Arnulfo Beltran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Primitivo Fernanco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primitivo Fernanco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Beltran in the 72nd minute of play. After 74 played minutes Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Lluques. 78 minutes into the match, Buenos y Malos Ayres's Joel Jacindo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Primitivo Fernanco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Primitivo Fernanco didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 80th minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. Buenos y Malos Ayres's István Détári played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Bordat in the 84th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Buenos y Malos Ayres's Arnulfo Beltran slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Primitivo Fernanco. That made the score 0-2 after 87 minutes of play. István Détári took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Nuno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute of the match, Joel Jacindo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Primitivo Fernanco saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
