After 3 minutes of play, Azulgranas AFC's Mateo Transito made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Orkatz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Mateo Transito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azulgranas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Transito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Orkatz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Harold Schivy kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Leo Henric took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Satordi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 minutes Azulgranas AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tadeusz Zdanowicz who took care of the corner kick. Tadeusz Zdanowicz made a great header on Diablos Rojos FC's corner, it was just that Azulgranas AFC's Leo Henric managed to reach the ball for a save. Diablos Rojos FC's Jonathan Orkatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Transito in the 17th minute of play. Azulgranas AFC's Leo Henric proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Azulgranas AFC from getting a goal against them. Alfonso Satordi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Henric having to interfere. In the 25thth minute of the game Alfonso Satordi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Azulgranas AFC's Leo Henric was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Satordi in the 28th minute of play forced Azulgranas AFC's goalkeeper Leo Henric to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Orkatz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mateo Transito's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Juan Manuel Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azulgranas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Manuel Cruz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Orkatz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mateo Transito in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Orkatz saved Diablos Rojos FC from getting behind. In the 37th minute Juan Manuel Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Orkatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Transito in the 39th minute of play forced Diablos Rojos FC's goalkeeper Jonathan Orkatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45thth minute of the game Mateo Transito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diablos Rojos FC's Jonathan Orkatz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 46 minutes Diablos Rojos FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Radomir Naskrent who took care of the corner kick. The Diablos Rojos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Azulgranas AFC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juan Manuel Cruz to strike the kick off in the second half. Juan Manuel Cruz came free with the goalkeeper in the 57th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Orkatz could save by the left post. In the 60th minute of the match Azulgranas AFC got a corner. Diablos Rojos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Radomir Naskrent ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Azulgranas AFC's corner Juan Manuel Cruz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Orkatz quite easily take care of the ball. In the 65th minute, Juan Manuel Cruz made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Orkatz. Diablos Rojos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Michaël Myers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jonathan Orkatz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diablos Rojos FC's Jonathan Orkatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Transito in the 82nd minute of play. Juan Manuel Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Orkatz having to interfere. Mateo Transito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Orkatz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd minute Alfonso Satordi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Henric saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Henric showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Pagomari in the 96th minute of the match. The Azulgranas AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Azulgranas AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
