With an extended leg and a bit of luck Şenol Güneş prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alkan Soysaltürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco George, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 汪常然 kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, LOS MENTI's goalkeeper Şenol Güneş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enis Dersu. Enis Dersu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Şenol Güneş read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of LOS MENTI booed when DONPATO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Martínez Quarta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benedito de Sousa might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şenol Güneş. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedito de Sousa ran back to his position shaking his head.
