With a little luck, LOS MENTI's Şenol Güneş got control of the ball when Teofil Gierlach tried to sneak it across the goal line. Şenol Güneş made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Teofil Gierlach sent off a good shot on target. Şenol Güneş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofil Gierlach in the 35th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Hermengildo Soin in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Crosmayo FC's Gaston Atauri. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 汪常然 was the one to do the kick off. One couldn't see Roderigo Ochari behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. 65 minutes into the match, Crosmayo FC's goal looked a bit too open when 汪常然 came free, but Alonzo Cordarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şenol Güneş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofil Gierlach, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Sofiane Mourlon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Alonzo Cordarin made a huge save.
