Gustavo López's late challenge caught a Stingrays's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustavo López helped the player get up and apologised. Osman Nuri Selil kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guillaume Mann in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mariusz Koperski saved Los Gatos Rojos from getting behind. 13 minutes into the match, Los Gatos Rojos's goalkeeper Mariusz Koperski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Oriche. Mariusz Koperski made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Guillaume Mann sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillaume Mann in the 18th minute of play forced Los Gatos Rojos's goalkeeper Mariusz Koperski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Los Gatos Rojos's Mariusz Koperski got control of the ball when Ezequiel Oriche tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ezequiel Oriche took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariusz Koperski. Mariusz Koperski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Stingrays's Tiger Casillas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo López in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Benito Havier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiger Casillas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiger Casillas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Bartoli, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Los Gatos Rojos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cipriano Velasco in the 32nd minute. The corner ended in Cipriano Velasco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Stingrays's Tiger Casillas did a great save. If Rolando Bartoli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 played minutes Los Gatos Rojos got a freekick which was hit by 何骋烨. 俞坤西 struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Mariusz Koperski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stingrays. 46 minutes into the game, Benito Havier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Gatos Rojos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stingrays the free kick. After 46 played minutes Los Gatos Rojos got a freekick which was hit by Benito Havier. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Tiger Casillas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo López in the 53rd minute. Tiger Casillas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Colon in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Los Gatos Rojos's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Lauro came free, but Mariusz Koperski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Miguel Colon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Dantel in the 63rd minute of play forced Los Gatos Rojos's goalkeeper Mariusz Koperski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute of the match, Gustavo López got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tiger Casillas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Guillaume Mann scored 2-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariusz Koperski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gustavo López received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Tiger Casillas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo López got free with Tiger Casillas in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 81 played minutes Los Gatos Rojos got a freekick which was hit by Elbert Gota. Los Gatos Rojos's Mariusz Koperski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillaume Mann in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillaume Mann in the 88th minute of play forced Los Gatos Rojos's goalkeeper Mariusz Koperski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Stingrays players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
