The supporters of Fleetwood Town booed when Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ratan Ayala didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuzer Saye in the 8th minute of play forced Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's goalkeeper Kim-André van der Schans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Fleetwood Town's Bob Geldof nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kim-André van der Schans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Rick Shaw took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kim-André van der Schans. Kim-André van der Schans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 17 minutes into the match, Fleetwood Town's Astor Garoa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kim-André van der Schans narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fleetwood Town's Chukwualuka Okaka Chuka was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kim-André van der Schans in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Oğuzer Saye received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Kim-André van der Schans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastián Battaglia made in the 27th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Rick Shaw immediately put the ball in play. After some careless play in the Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC defense, Rick Shaw kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kim-André van der Schans. The Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kim-André van der Schans should have stopped the shot. After 31 minutes of play, Fleetwood Town's Rick Shaw made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kim-André van der Schans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Mateo made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Aldo Tono sent off a good shot on target. Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's Kim-André van der Schans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rick Shaw in the 36th minute of play. Narciso Jerardo kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes, Fleetwood Town's Chukwualuka Okaka Chuka shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kim-André van der Schans came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fleetwood Town reached it. After 44 minutes of play, Fleetwood Town's Rick Shaw made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kim-André van der Schans was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Rick Shaw had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fleetwood Town were winning 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Remzi Oruz was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Aldo Tono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute Justino Eusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kim-André van der Schans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kim-André van der Schans had in the 65thth minute some difficulties stopping Chukwualuka Okaka Chuka's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's goalkeeper Kim-André van der Schans had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rick Shaw. Justino Eusko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute Bob Geldof shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kim-André van der Schans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Bob Geldof left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fleetwood Town fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oğuzer Saye in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kim-André van der Schans saved Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC from getting behind. Kim-André van der Schans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bob Geldof's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 93rd minute, Esteve Barto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kim-André van der Schans. The goal made the score 0-10.
