In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vilela FC's goalkeeper 杜真勇, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alvaro Gartxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 杜真勇 having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Kiev FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ángel Di Maria came free, but Peng Xu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anselmo Iturri scored 3-0 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 杜真勇, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kiev FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vilela FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
