Zacarias Ascencio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Celta de Virgos's Zacarias Ascencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Celta de Virgos from getting a goal against them. In the 19th minute, Remigio Jakue made a precise shot to the right of Zacarias Ascencio. Celta de Virgos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remigio Jakue in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zacarias Ascencio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute, Pupis F.C's Remigio Jakue dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in Celta de Virgos's zone, Kálmán Szigligeti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zacarias Ascencio came out of the goal and Kálmán Szigligeti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the match, Ronald Carrere notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Celta de Virgos's Zacarias Ascencio. Zacarias Ascencio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Celta de Virgos's Zacarias Ascencio got control of the ball when Remigio Jakue tried to sneak it across the goal line. Remigio Jakue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Zacarias Ascencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pupis F.C's Remigio Jakue got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Remigio Jakue reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zacarias Ascencio. The goal made the score 7-0. After having played for 48 minutes, Remigio Jakue managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pupis F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remigio Jakue was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Remigio Jakue was the one to do the kick off. When Remigio Jakue came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Pupis F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigio Jakue couldn't finish the play. Zacarias Ascencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Jakue, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Remigio Jakue got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Remigio Jakue put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Zacarias Ascencio. 62 minutes into the game, Ronald Carrere cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Zacarias Ascencio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 65 minutes into the match, Celta de Virgos's goal looked a bit too open when Kálmán Szigligeti came free, but Zacarias Ascencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zacarias Ascencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Jakue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigio Jakue in the 69th minute of play forced Celta de Virgos's goalkeeper Zacarias Ascencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigio Jakue ran back to his position shaking his head. Zacarias Ascencio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Remigio Jakue went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Bernardino Rosio hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Remigio Jakue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Ascencio having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Kálmán Szigligeti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Zacarias Ascencio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zacarias Ascencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Jakue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute Remigio Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Ascencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Celta de Virgos getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Bernardino Rosio hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Wally Samuel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pupis F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Wally Samuel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacarias Ascencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pupis F.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
