General Paz Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jaakko Ramstadius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 28 minutes into the match, General Paz Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Kirby came free, but Fernandão Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sun Lee got free with Jonathan Palmquist in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luisito Estevon during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Granate getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Luisito Estevon hit a great ball. After 45 minutes Granate's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Prospero Isadore who took care of the corner kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Christos Triantafyllou made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, General Paz Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Christos Triantafyllou came free, but Fernandão Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christos Triantafyllou in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernandão Vides prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 63 minutes into the match, Christos Triantafyllou had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernandão Vides. Jaakko Ramstadius showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Jonathan Palmquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Isadore, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Silvestre Maiorga hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute of the match, Christos Triantafyllou tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fernandão Vides saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Nechifor Hanganu took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Palmquist. Jonathan Palmquist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Osvaldo Euloxu kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes, General Paz Juniors's Prospero Isadore shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Palmquist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in General Paz Juniors reached it. When Donato Lekubegi fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Granate's protests and gave Donato Lekubegi a yellow card for diving instead. Donato Lekubegi hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Sun Lee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Jonathan Palmquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leukothoe Sakelaris's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernandão Vides read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play.
