Anibal Cambiasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Tsubasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Genaro Cambiasso fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cleto Quirze, passed just outside the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oliver Tsubasa in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anibal Cambiasso saved BAIRES from getting behind. In the 42nd minute of the match, Marciano Cambiasso tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cleto Quirze saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 45 minutes into the game, Justino Kaxen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CBA Nankatsu FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BAIRES the free kick. Justino Kaxen hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Anibal Cambiasso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in CBA Nankatsu FC's zone, Joaquin Cambiasso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cleto Quirze came out of the goal and Joaquin Cambiasso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of BAIRES booed when CBA Nankatsu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver Tsubasa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute, Joaquin Cambiasso made a precise shot to the right of Cleto Quirze. CBA Nankatsu FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Joaquin Cambiasso charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joaquin Cambiasso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of CBA Nankatsu FC booed when BAIRES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Cambiasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nick Kant during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteve Emenon got free with Anibal Cambiasso in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Andres Cambiasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CBA Nankatsu FC made a substitution. Laureano Gagriel replaced Esteve Emenon. Bernard Szpakowski struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Anibal Cambiasso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal.
