Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliseo Claude was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eustacio Patxi during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hector Montrel came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Sajones F.C.'s Isaias Sazon. But to his dismay, Isaias Sazon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Hector Montrel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Sazon, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Isaias Sazon took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hector Montrel. Hector Montrel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After some careless play in the Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka defense, Isaias Sazon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Montrel. The Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Montrel should have stopped the shot. Isaias Sazon might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hector Montrel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isaias Sazon ran back to his position shaking his head. 36 minutes into the match, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Sazon came free, but Hector Montrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaias Sazon took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hector Montrel. Hector Montrel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. 41 minutes into the game, Sajones F.C.'s Isaias Sazon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hector Montrel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. In the 44th match minute, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Cordarrell to maneuver through the defense. Hector Montrel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Sazon, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Hector Montrel came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Sajones F.C.'s Isaias Sazon. But to his dismay, Isaias Sazon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaias Sazon to make the kick off. Isaias Sazon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hector Montrel came out and tried to block the shot, but Isaias Sazon slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 54th minute. Hector Montrel was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Isaias Sazon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Isaias Sazon really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 0-12 when Isaias Sazon sped through Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hector Montrel. In the 74th minute, Sajones F.C.'s Hugo Raitin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-13. In the 85th minute, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ermegildo Quilo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Hugo Raitin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hector Montrel. That made the score 0-15 in the 85 minute of play. Hector Montrel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Raitin in the 88th minute. In the 91st match minute, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Ekhi to maneuver through the defense. 92 minutes into the game, Hugo Raitin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-16. Hector Montrel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sajones F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
