Julien Álvarez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eusebio Jago read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. After having played for 12 minutes, Casimiro Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Falcor Athletic Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Romero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Falcor Athletic Club booed when THE PAPAGUACHAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberth Rydstrøm didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, THE PAPAGUACHAS's Eusebio Jago got control of the ball when Baldomiro Austin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Falcor Athletic Club's Cent Berre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernán Crespo in the 18th minute of play. Cent Berre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuel Mesquita's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Eusebio Jago made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Juss Runnel sent off a good shot on target. Cent Berre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Mesquita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute THE PAPAGUACHAS were awarded a corner. Hernán Crespo went to the cornerflag to take it. THE PAPAGUACHAS's Hernán Crespo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cent Berre in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Eusebio Jago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juss Runnel in the 32nd minute. Alberth Rydstrøm hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, THE PAPAGUACHAS's goal looked a bit too open when Julien Álvarez came free, but Eusebio Jago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julien Álvarez made a kick off. After a rather tough play, THE PAPAGUACHAS's Hernán Crespo got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 57thth minute of the game Juss Runnel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but THE PAPAGUACHAS's Eusebio Jago was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eusebio Jago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juss Runnel in the 58th minute of play. In the 66th minute Juss Runnel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Jago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Cristo Baladi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. THE PAPAGUACHAS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Falcor Athletic Club the free kick. In the 72nd minute, Cristo Baladi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With 73 minutes on the clock, Alberth Rydstrøm commited a dangerous tackle. Falcor Athletic Club's Cent Berre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernán Crespo in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Falcor Athletic Club were the better team. Falcor Athletic Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
