Eddie Van Halen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgil Găman having to interfere. Virgil Găman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Markowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Markowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filiberto Normando might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Virgil Găman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filiberto Normando ran back to his position shaking his head. Filiberto Normandos short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Virgil Găman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Filiberto Normando who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Virgil Găman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, LOS GALACTICOS's Virgil Găman got control of the ball when Eddie Van Halen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iordache Strugure sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Epifanio Xacintu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermengildo Galsino in the 52nd minute. The referee ignored BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's protests and gave Checa Aguillar a yellow card for diving instead.
