A well-hit corner resulted in Cristian de Queirós heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Victoriano Gaztea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Luciano Garaona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Bucciarelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magnus Botvidsson in the 15th minute of play forced Fiambalá's goalkeeper Angelino Thomas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiki Raspa's Luciano Garaona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Peio in the 18th minute of play. In the 18thth minute of the game Modesto Peio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tiki Raspa's Luciano Garaona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Fiambalá fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Fiambalá's Modesto Peio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 23rd minute, Tiki Raspa's Santo Maldonado seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Santo Maldonado the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tiki Raspa protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Santo Maldonado had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of Tiki Raspa:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fiambalá:s goal. Luciano Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stein Jamieson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, César Campoverde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Fiambalá getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Victoriano Gaztea hit a great ball. Luciano Garaona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Bucciarelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 31 minutes into the match, David Bucciarelli notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Tiki Raspa's Luciano Garaona. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when César Campoverde stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Magnus Botvidsson hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the game, Ernesto Moraes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fiambalá's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tiki Raspa the free kick. Ernesto Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Fiambalá left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tiki Raspa.
