Spectators: 7669 (Terracing: 5752, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 153) INTER de Córdoba's Marcos Belasko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Espinillo booed when INTER de Córdoba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Acevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Ezequiel Onbera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Espinillo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 16 minutes of play, Espinillo's Amado Savier made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquiles Erruki was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Ezequiel Onbera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aquiles Erruki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Savier, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Ezequiel Onbera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Aquiles Erruki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquiles Erruki stood somewhat misplaced when Placido Patxi came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 23 minute. Ezequiel Onbera scored 5-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aquiles Erruki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Placido Patxi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Placido Patxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Ezequiel Onbera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquiles Erruki was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. After some careless play in the INTER de Córdoba defense, Ezequiel Onbera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aquiles Erruki. The INTER de Córdoba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aquiles Erruki should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Placido Patxi to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, INTER de Córdoba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Acevedo to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Amado Savier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquiles Erruki was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. But to his dismay, Ezequiel Onbera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0.
