Elias Macerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Truls Kirkemo in the 33rd minute of the match. Messi Dream Team's Elias Macerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vassilis Vonortas in the 35th minute of play. Vassilis Vonortas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Elias Macerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Calamuchita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vassilis Vonortas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vassilis Vonortas to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, C.A. Calamuchita's Wilfredo Figueroa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elias Macerio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. C.A. Calamuchita's Vassilis Vonortas got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Calamuchita's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Amor came free, but Florian Kicia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elias Macerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vassilis Vonortas, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The C.A. Calamuchita fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when C.A. Calamuchita's Wilfredo Figueroa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 91st minute, Vassilis Vonortas made a precise shot to the right of Elias Macerio. Messi Dream Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. C.A. Calamuchita's Vassilis Vonortas got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Vassilis Vonortas put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Elias Macerio. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. C.A. Calamuchita fully deserved thier win.
