The EL FORTIN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Fero should have stopped the shot. When Rafa Santos Borré came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Vipos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafa Santos Borré couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the EL FORTIN defense, Rafa Santos Borré kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Fero. The EL FORTIN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Fero should have stopped the shot. After 19 played minutes Fidel Jokin rounded EL FORTIN's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Fidel Jokin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Armando Fero. That made the score 5-0 in the 22 minute of play. Miguel Castanheira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to EL FORTIN getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Saverio Daunte hit a great ball. In the 31st minute Fidel Jokin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Fero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Fidel Jokin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vipos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Gervasio Ixaka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Otsoa in the 38th minute of the match. Mauro Blasco hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Miguel Castanheira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fidel Jokin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Fero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ernesto Chinto was the one to do the kick off. Fidel Jokin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armando Fero having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafa Santos Borré in the 56th minute of play forced EL FORTIN's goalkeeper Armando Fero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Fero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fidel Jokin's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Dida Mesquita charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dida Mesquita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Vipos FC booed when EL FORTIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dida Mesquita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armando Fero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafa Santos Borré, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 63 minutes into the game, Rafa Santos Borré cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Armando Fero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rafa Santos Borré fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Fero having to interfere. If Fidel Jokin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fidel Jokin might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Fero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
