Ernesto Moise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Cordeal having to interfere. In the 5th minute Teobaldo Rosario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Rozarius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gafur Salim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Cordeal came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Unión De Santa Fe's 狄朗沙. But to his dismay, 狄朗沙 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When C. S. D. Pueyrredón's Teobaldo Rosario in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Unión De Santa Fe's goalie prevented a goal. Martin Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 狄朗沙, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Unión De Santa Fe's corner Brian Lebigot fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Martin Cordeal quite easily take care of the ball. 32 minutes into the match, C. S. D. Pueyrredón's Teobaldo Rosario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elias Rozarius narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ernesto Moise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Martin Cordeal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Unión De Santa Fe's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Rosario came free, but Elias Rozarius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

If Teobaldo Rosario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teobaldo Rosario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Rosario in the 59th minute of play forced Unión De Santa Fe's goalkeeper Elias Rozarius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Unión De Santa Fe's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Efrain Clodio was slow to take the kick. During this time C. S. D. Pueyrredón's players had a chance to rest. C. S. D. Pueyrredón's Efrain Clodio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Elias Rozarius in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Elias Rozarius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Rosario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elias Rozarius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Rosario in the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 狄朗沙 in the 70th minute of play forced C. S. D. Pueyrredón's goalkeeper Martin Cordeal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C. S. D. Pueyrredón's Halil İbrahim Yeltekin was substituted for Teobaldo Rosario. A nice corner shot did that Brian Lebigot got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Martin Cordeal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Unión De Santa Fe's Elias Rozarius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halil İbrahim Yeltekin in the 74th minute of play. Martin Cordeal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kostas Skilitsis in the 77th minute. Halil İbrahim Yeltekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Halil İbrahim Yeltekin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Rozarius having to make a save. In the 87th minute of the match, 狄朗沙 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Martin Cordeal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Elias Rozarius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Halil İbrahim Yeltekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 90 minutes, 狄朗沙 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unión De Santa Fe's supporters crossed their fingers, but 狄朗沙 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Unión De Santa Fe players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented C. S. D. Pueyrredón from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
