The audience thought a goal was coming when Adan Ondino got free with Duarte de Sena in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alejandro Terciero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Salbatore, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 35th minute Hector Olo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte de Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adan Ondino's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Duarte de Sena firmly grabbed it by the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
