The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fernando Isusko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Tauro in the 5th minute of play. Genaro Tauro spun around in front of the goal 5 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Reyes F.C.'s goal. 9 minutes into the game, Ceferino Heli threw the ball into play from the sideline. GERLIROJO Ψ's Genaro Tauro quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Andres Lastur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aristides Dabi in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute Nicolas Salomon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Isusko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andres Lastur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bonifacio Tartalo in the 19th minute. Aristides Dabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Lastur having to interfere. With a little luck, GERLIROJO Ψ's Andres Lastur got control of the ball when Aristides Dabi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicolas Salomon kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. Epifanio Ibañez replaced Martin Jax. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aristides Dabi to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Epifanio Ibañez made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Isusko. Reyes F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Epifanio Ibañez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Reyes F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Desiderio Mero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. GERLIROJO Ψ's Aquilino Ihintza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ceferino Heli in the 86 minute of the game. Desiderio Mero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 97 minutes into the game, Aristides Dabi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Andres Lastur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. GERLIROJO Ψ were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Reyes F.C.'s much stronger midfield.
