EL CORTO FC's Nicolas Perrando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Correia in the 9th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Hector Fernandez in the 13th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by EL CORTO FC's Javier Lehior. Nicolas Perrando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aníbal Solares in the 18th minute of play. Cristiano Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Perrando having to interfere. Donato Elivareo might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ioan Voicu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Donato Elivareo ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristiano Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nicolas Perrando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ioan Voicu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Kauldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Ismael Kauldi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ioan Voicu, 1-0. Ioan Voicu came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by EL CORTO FC's Feliberto Sustrai. But to his dismay, Feliberto Sustrai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Ioan Voicu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Elivareo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristiano Correia to make the kick off. Nicolas Perrando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaston Laurendi in the 51st minute. A hard shot 54 in the game by Cristiano Correia from a close distance when the talented Nicolas Perrando managed to make a qualified save. EL CORTO FC's players were relieved. Hermengildo Raymon was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Atlético Temperley's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Correia in the 83rd minute of play forced EL CORTO FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Perrando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Donato Elivareo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicolas Perrando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Lopez in the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Elivareo in the 93rd minute of play forced Club Atlético Temperley's goalkeeper Ioan Voicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ioan Voicu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliberto Sustrai, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
