The Furia Calamar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael Flamme should have stopped the shot. Rafael Flamme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Ioan Voicu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Leheren in the 42nd minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Furia Calamar's Tobias Leheren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ioan Voicu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shen Jun Ao in the 46th minute of play forced Club Atlético Temperley's goalkeeper Ioan Voicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Club Atlético Temperley had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
