Lyons's Luisito Quinten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Wallin in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Boleslaw Zielinski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edelmiro Veronica, 1-0. Boleslaw Zielinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Wallin in the 12th minute of play forced Lyons's goalkeeper Luisito Quinten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes in the game Pedrinho Donatello did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Vic Wijnants. With a little luck, ToCoTaN FC's Edelmiro Veronica got control of the ball when Boleslaw Zielinski tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Lyons booed when ToCoTaN FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrinho Donatello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lyons's Luisito Quinten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertino Mafra in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute Boleslaw Zielinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Veronica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Wambasther Piqué hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boleslaw Zielinski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edelmiro Veronica having to make a save. 35 minutes into the match, ToCoTaN FC's goalkeeper Edelmiro Veronica had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boleslaw Zielinski. After having played for 37 minutes, Boleslaw Zielinski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lyons's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boleslaw Zielinski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edelmiro Veronica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boleslaw Zielinski in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Boleslaw Zielinski made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to ToCoTaN FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Vic Wijnants hit a great ball. Luisito Quinten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albertino Mafra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Albertino Mafra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisito Quinten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Boleslaw Zielinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boleslaw Zielinski struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Edelmiro Veronica didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lyons. After 66 minutes, Matei Daimacă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lyons and the ToCoTaN FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lyons made a substitution. Stig Åkerberg replaced Aurelio Vasco. A collision led to Lyons getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Matei Daimacă hit a great ball. A hard shot by Vic Wijnants from long distance, 68 minutes into the match, got Luisito Quinten's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Luisito Quinten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albertino Mafra in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Albertino Mafra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luisito Quinten was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Pedrinho Donatello hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Edelmiro Veronica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Roano in the 76th minute of the match. Edelmiro Veronica came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Lyons's Dariusz Roano. But to his dismay, Dariusz Roano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 83rd minute, Dariusz Roano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lyons fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The audience was convinced that Dariusz Roano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edelmiro Veronica was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Lyons's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Vic Wijnants scored to the left of an out of position Luisito Quinten, making the score, 3-3. 96 minutes into the match, Lyons's goalkeeper Luisito Quinten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vic Wijnants. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
