Danilo Gomesano in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Teet Rosin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bolo Bolaño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hughes's Teet Rosin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bolo Bolaño in the 20th minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teet Rosin stood somewhat misplaced when Bolo Bolaño came free in front of goal and shot 6-1 to the left of him in the 44 minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Ederono stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Hughes defense, Ervin Alla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teet Rosin. The Hughes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teet Rosin should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 8-1 when Bolo Bolaño sped through Hughes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Teet Rosin. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 9-1 when Danilo Gomesano sped through Hughes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Teet Rosin. Consejo del Mate's Peyo Fonelleda was substituted for Danilo Gomesano. 67 minutes into the match, Bolo Bolaño notched a goal, 11-1, to the right of Hughes's Teet Rosin. Teet Rosin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hughes's Teet Rosin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Ruben Adrio fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hughes's protests and gave Ruben Adrio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Hughes booed when Consejo del Mate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Bidun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bolo Bolaño might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teet Rosin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bolo Bolaño ran back to his position shaking his head. Consejo del Mate's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
