An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Lauren in the 11th minute of play forced Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Los Playmobil FC's corner Gabrie-Alejandro Brzęczyszczykiewicz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hugo Orlando Gatti quite easily take care of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Los Playmobil FC's goalkeeper Borys Patora had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bolo Bolaño. Borys Patora made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Fagildo Pamanes sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th match minute, Consejo del Mate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Quinton to maneuver through the defense. Edmundo Mendes took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugo Orlando Gatti. Hugo Orlando Gatti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Mendes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
