In the 45th minute, Angelino Elivareo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hermengildo Brun, passed just outside the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

Joga Bonito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hermengildo Brun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Sugoi in the 69th minute of play. Hermengildo Brun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Deportivo Jeremías SL's Hermengildo Brun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wieslaw Drzewucki in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Deportivo Jeremías SL's goal looked a bit too open when Wieslaw Drzewucki came free, but Hermengildo Brun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
