Godfredo Bento made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Benjamin Neto sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 7 minutes, Teobaldo Belmiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gastres FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Belmiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's Godfredo Bento got control of the ball when Teobaldo Belmiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's goal looked a bit too open when Calistrat Geangu came free, but Godfredo Bento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geronimo Ongile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Drzewucki in the 13th minute of play. Baldomero Sugoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Ongile having to interfere. Gastres FC's Geronimo Ongile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Sugoi in the 20th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Belmiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Godfredo Bento was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joga Bonito in the 31st minute of play forced Gastres FC's goalkeeper Geronimo Ongile to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's Godfredo Bento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd match minute, Gastres FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Claus to maneuver through the defense. After 45 minutes, Angelino Elivareo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ and the Gastres FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Angelino Elivareo kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Gastres FC's Geronimo Ongile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Colas in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Teobaldo Belmiro made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Vincente Quintas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Godfredo Bento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Belmiro in the 51st minute of the match. In the 54th minute Anier Colas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Ongile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Godfredo Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobaldo Belmiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 59 played minutes Gastres FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Acuña. Marcos Acuña kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Gastres FC's goalkeeper Geronimo Ongile had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldomero Sugoi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calistrat Geangu in the 73rd minute of play forced ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's goalkeeper Godfredo Bento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's Federico Sardella was substituted for Fidel Ovando. Gastres FC were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mathieu Koning took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Calistrat Geangu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. ✞ Fëntanilo! ツ's Cosme Bembe was substituted for Baldomero Sugoi. If Teobaldo Belmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Teobaldo Belmiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Godfredo Bento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Belmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teobaldo Belmiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Godfredo Bento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Gastres FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
