Ramon Lopez made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Romulo Casado sent off a good shot on target. Romulo Casado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Ramon Lopez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ramon Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Casado in the 29th minute of play. Nicolás Otamendi hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute of the match Dennis Espeland shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Genaro Quiroga showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Remigio Cugat threw the ball into play from the sideline. Corralito AFC's Dan Eckegren quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Valentin Quinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Genaro Quiroga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Romulo Casado to strike the kick off in the second half. Ramon Lopez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Traian Mugur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
