The audience was convinced that Jonathan Yang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bennvar Buffon was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Vânderson Falcão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Urdaspal in the 12th minute of play forced Flan Mixto FC's goalkeeper Raimundo Dorio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidiu Costache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Raimundo Dorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Flan Mixto FC's Bennvar Buffon threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robustiano Favila, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bennvar Buffon made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Jonathan Yang sent off a good shot on target. Raimundo Dorio came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Fabian Urdaspal. But to his dismay, Fabian Urdaspal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fabian Urdaspal took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raimundo Dorio. Raimundo Dorio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Raimundo Dorio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Urdaspal in the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Ovidiu Costache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Dorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Flan Mixto FC defense, Fabian Urdaspal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raimundo Dorio. The Flan Mixto FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raimundo Dorio should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute Jonathan Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bennvar Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Flan Mixto FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Urdaspal to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Favila in the 55th minute of play forced ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s goalkeeper Bennvar Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Flan Mixto FC's Raimundo Dorio got control of the ball when Fabian Urdaspal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Flan Mixto FC's goalkeeper Raimundo Dorio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Bennvar Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Yang in the 66th minute of play. After 68 minutes, Ahmid Gasse mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ and the Flan Mixto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Ahmid Gasse hit a great ball. Flan Mixto FC's Fernando Bilbo was substituted for Robustiano Favila. In the 70th minute, Ahmid Gasse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bennvar Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Bilbo in the 81st minute of play forced ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s goalkeeper Bennvar Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bennvar Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Yang, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Jonathan Yang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bennvar Buffon having to interfere. In the 88th match minute, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Urdaspal to maneuver through the defense. Bennvar Buffon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Yang's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Chants of ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Flan Mixto FC had held the ball for most of the match.
