Stone City's Dalmacio Rufio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gustaw Tomporowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 29th minute Afşar Toktuğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragomir Marchovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Derek Yu came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Stone City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Derek Yu couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Stone City defense, Afşar Toktuğ kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dragomir Marchovski. The Stone City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dragomir Marchovski should have stopped the shot. Leonel Savion kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Justino Quintan charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justino Quintan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 43 minutes, Pavel Balc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stone City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pavel Balc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 54th minute of the match, Chu Wen Le tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gustaw Tomporowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Pavel Balc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pavel Balc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Gustaw Tomporowski made a huge save. The Stone City fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Stone City's Pavel Balc looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gustaw Tomporowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chu Wen Le, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Barco kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Pavel Balc might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustaw Tomporowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pavel Balc ran back to his position shaking his head. Gustaw Tomporowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Balc in the 63rd minute of the match. Stone City made a substitution.
