After some careless play in the Defensores de Fasano defense, Anton Bârsan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Deng Liang Yao. The Defensores de Fasano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Deng Liang Yao should have stopped the shot. If Anton Bârsan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Qin Yuan Zhen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesare Cardillo having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Lechuguitas F.C.'s Anton Bârsan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Deng Liang Yao narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Anton Bârsan notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Defensores de Fasano's Deng Liang Yao. Deng Liang Yao was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cesare Cardillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qin Yuan Zhen in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Tercero in the 33rd minute of play forced Defensores de Fasano's goalkeeper Deng Liang Yao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lechuguitas F.C.'s Cesare Cardillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Nazario in the 41st minute of play. Generoso Nazario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cesare Cardillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. A throw-in in the 45th minute of the game was made by Manuel Unax with Qin Yuan Zhen as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 47 minutes into the game, Qin Yuan Zhen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Cesare Cardillo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Deng Liang Yao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Bârsan in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Qin Yuan Zhen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute Anton Bârsan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Deng Liang Yao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Lechuguitas F.C. getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Arnulfo Tercero hit a great ball. Defensores de Fasano's Delmar Pes was substituted for Ruben Teodor. The supporters of Defensores de Fasano booed when Lechuguitas F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Tercero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, Lechuguitas F.C.'s Nicolas Chaime seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nicolas Chaime the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Lechuguitas F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nicolas Chaime had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Lechuguitas F.C.'s Armando Santiago was substituted for Florentino Nabar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lechuguitas F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Cesare Cardillo, was totally fooled by Defensores de Fasano's Qin Yuan Zhen, who 80 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Delmar Pes struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Cesare Cardillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defensores de Fasano. With a little luck, Lechuguitas F.C.'s Cesare Cardillo got control of the ball when Delmar Pes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Defensores de Fasano's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Domingo Guillen in the 88th minute. Roland Deutsch scored 3-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cesare Cardillo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
