Hernán Leandro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Belchior Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernán Leandro in the 10th minute of play. After 13 played minutes La Gallardeta got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Gartzi. Fulgencio Gartzi stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of ACF Fiorentina's defenders and the ball went out. La Gallardeta appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. The throw-in from Hu Xi in the 16th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by La Gallardeta's Jan-Olof Eliasson. La Gallardeta's Alessio Scandella was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Federico Kalinowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Belchior Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernán Leandro in the 25th minute of play. Belchior Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernán Leandro, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute, Martin Vellito fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to La Gallardeta getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Fulgencio Gartzi hit a great ball. The supporters of La Gallardeta booed when ACF Fiorentina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Gaufred didn't get a good kick on the ball. Belchior Saldanha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hernán Leandro's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 44 minutes into the match, Hernán Leandro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Belchior Saldanha. La Gallardeta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hernán Leandro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Federico Kalinowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Gartzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hernán Leandro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Belchior Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernán Leandro in the 54th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, La Gallardeta's goal looked a bit too open when Hernán Leandro came free, but Belchior Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, ACF Fiorentina's Hernán Leandro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Belchior Saldanha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Belchior Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernán Leandro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hernán Leandro scored 4-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Belchior Saldanha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, La Gallardeta's Federico Kalinowski threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Enzo Nuñez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 74th minute of the match La Gallardeta got a corner. ACF Fiorentina's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alessio Scandella ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Juan Gotzon almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ACF Fiorentina's Federico Kalinowski did a great save. Maximino Cabezon struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Belchior Saldanha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ACF Fiorentina. 88 minutes into the match, ACF Fiorentina's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Gartzi came free, but Federico Kalinowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Federico Kalinowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Gartzi in the 88th minute of the match. If Maximino Cabezon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 90 minutes into the match, La Gallardeta's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Cabezon came free, but Belchior Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to ACF Fiorentina getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Horia Anisie hit a great ball. In the 96th minute, Sädräddin Cavadov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. La Gallardeta's Belchior Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Cabezon in the 97th minute of play. ACF Fiorentina's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
