The corner led Urko FC's Daniel Bilos to fire away a dangerous shot which Belchior Saldanha despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Urko FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Bonifacio Bilbo hit a great ball. Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Olof Eliasson's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Jan-Olof Eliasson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to Urko FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Leon Manny hit a great ball. Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Gartzi in the 20th minute of play. Urko FC were furious when Lino Paez was red carded, 23 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Urko FC! In the 30th minute, Jan-Olof Eliasson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 32nd minute Jan-Olof Eliasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fulgencio Gartzi took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó. Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, La Gallardeta's Clemente Anaya got a free kick in the 47th minute. If Uriel Guillelme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Fulgencio Gartzi made the kick off in the second half. Fulgencio Gartzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Guillelme in the 54th minute of play forced La Gallardeta's goalkeeper Belchior Saldanha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Fulgencio Gartzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Fulgencio Gartzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fulgencio Gartzi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Urko FC's goalkeeper Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Gartzi in the 83rd minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Urko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Gartzi came free, but Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Uriel Guillelme made a precise shot to the right of Belchior Saldanha. La Gallardeta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
