The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Villa Dálmine's Leandro Marino got control of the ball when Daniel Topolski tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Daniel Topolski took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Leandro Marino to make any attempt to save it. Villa Dálmine's Leandro Marino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Correa in the 14th minute of play. Luis Maiorga scored 1-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lei Lang Rong, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leandro Marino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonsas Jakniūnas in the 23rd minute of play. Lei Lang Rong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Maiorga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lei Lang Rong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Maiorga in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Topolski in the 33rd minute of play forced Villa Dálmine's goalkeeper Leandro Marino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Isaac Sal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 43 minutes into the match, CamaLeones's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Lordi came free, but Lei Lang Rong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lei Lang Rong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Lordi in the 45th minute of play. Leandro Marino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jailson Prado in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute Luis Maiorga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lei Lang Rong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The supporters of CamaLeones booed when Villa Dálmine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon Cordarius didn't get a good kick on the ball. CamaLeones's Humberto Matxin was substituted for Oscar Hender. CamaLeones's Delmiro Primo was substituted for Diego Armando Ebert. Leandro Marino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Correa in the 77th minute of play. Lei Lang Rong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Maiorga, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 89th minute, Luis Maiorga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lei Lang Rong was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3.
