Robert Davison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, La France FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olli Fiedler came free, but Dani Vassaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fulvio Vittorio scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robert Davison, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fulvio Vittorio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robert Davison read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Evert Taube made in the 17th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Olli Fiedler immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulvio Vittorio in the 18th minute of play forced Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Robert Davison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dani Vassaras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olli Fiedler in the 20th minute of the match. When La France FC's Fulvio Vittorio in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sportivo Luan Toro's goalie prevented a goal. Robert Davison was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute, Olli Fiedler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sportivo Luan Toro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Robert Davison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulvio Vittorio in the 41st minute of play. Olli Fiedler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dani Vassaras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. When Sergius Ramus fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sportivo Luan Toro's protests and gave Sergius Ramus a yellow card for diving instead. After the first half La France FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fulvio Vittorio to make the kick off. Sportivo Luan Toro's Marcial Iigo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Konstanty Latocha in the 59 minute of the game. Dani Vassaras stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olli Fiedler's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. After 61 minutes La France FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sergius Ramus who took care of the corner kick. Marcial Iigo hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Sportivo Luan Toro's Martins Palermo was substituted for Olli Fiedler. A collision led to Sportivo Luan Toro getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Marcial Iigo hit a great ball. Martins Palermo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zuri Castillejo hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. La France FC's Ryszard Percha was substituted for Fulvio Vittorio. After 72 played minutes Sportivo Luan Toro got a freekick which was hit by Zuri Castillejo. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Robert Davison, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ryszard Percha might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robert Davison. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ryszard Percha ran back to his position shaking his head. Robert Davison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryszard Percha, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 86th minute, Ryszard Percha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La France FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. La France FC's Kian Serafini was substituted for Edgardo Cordeal. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Luan Toro's Evert Taube got a free kick in the 89th minute. The La France FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
