AC Batán's Ni Le Zheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurinho Senna in the 39th minute of play. After 44 minutes Sotelo AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Horacio Theodore who took care of the corner kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 51st minute, Sotelo AFC's Siro Benvido ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ni Le Zheng. Ni Le Zheng yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Sotelo AFC's Robustiano Gelmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Acácio Nogueira in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute of the match AC Batán got a corner. Sotelo AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Horacio Theodore ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ni Le Zheng stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Siro Benvido's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Robustiano Gelmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Acácio Nogueira in the 61st minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, AC Batán's goalkeeper Ni Le Zheng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurinho Senna. An unexpectedly hard shot by Acácio Nogueira in the 67th minute of play forced Sotelo AFC's goalkeeper Robustiano Gelmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Benvido in the 69th minute of play forced AC Batán's goalkeeper Ni Le Zheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robustiano Gelmiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Acácio Nogueira went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. A hard shot 79 in the game by Cui Liang Yue from a close distance when the talented Ni Le Zheng managed to make a qualified save. AC Batán's players were relieved. In the 81st minute Acácio Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Gelmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cui Liang Yue could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Ni Le Zheng made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Cui Liang Yue kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ni Le Zheng. That made the score 2-2 in the 88 minute of play. AC Batán's Fabricio Bustos was substituted for Konrad Wielkopolski. AC Batán made a substitution. Cido Cardozo replaced Acácio Nogueira. 94 minutes into the match, Sotelo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cido Cardozo came free, but Robustiano Gelmiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Ni Le Zheng managed to avoid a goal in the 97thth minute, when Sotelo AFC's Cui Liang Yue fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
