After 92 played minutes Despidida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Feliksas Fenichev. Ovidio Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Selatse having to interfere. The ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ fans' excitement grew in the 98th match minute when ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's José Sand looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
