Estudiantes de América's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cornelio Ruisko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Estudiantes de América's Marcos Ranolfo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Estudiantes de América from getting a goal against them. Enhebrator FC's Bonifacio Baumer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kraig Fred in the 29th minute of play. Estudiantes de América's Kraig Fred got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kraig Fred's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bonifacio Baumer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 played minutes Enhebrator FC got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Tiadoro. After recieving a nice pass, Enhebrator FC's Alejo Marz tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Godofredo Tiadoro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Estudiantes de América getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Saverio Iraitz hit a great ball. Kraig Fred could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Bonifacio Baumer made a huge save. If Godofredo Tiadoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enhebrator FC made a substitution. With a little luck, Enhebrator FC's Bonifacio Baumer got control of the ball when Concetto Trasatti tried to sneak it across the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Enhebrator FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Baumer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orlando Beltza. Bonifacio Baumer was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Orlando Beltza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Orlando Beltza really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1.
