In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Borussia Pink Floyd's goalkeeper Carl Monk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Derek Foster made a great header on Borussia Pink Floyd's corner, it was just that Thatto Heath City's Sidney Senior managed to reach the ball for a save. If Christian Ripley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geoff Cummins kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Donny Crichton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Sidney Senior made a huge save. Borussia Pink Floyd's Carl Monk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geoff Cummins in the 65th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Borussia Pink Floyd's Stefan Patton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sidney Senior narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Donny Crichton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidney Senior having to interfere. Stefan Patton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 87 minutes into the game, Thatto Heath City's Rodd Medley nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carl Monk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Carl Monk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Ripley in the 91st minute of the match. In the 94th match minute, Thatto Heath City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dean Morse to maneuver through the defense.
