Braunton's Keiran Wishart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Arrowsmith in the 4th minute of play. Roger Arrowsmith received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Keiran Wishart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the game, Jamie Waller was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Braunton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dakar SC the free kick. In the 10th match minute, Braunton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamie Waller to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Braunton's Abraham Farrell got a free kick in the 11th minute. Keiran Wishart didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rhys Colley went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 52 minutes into the game, Dakar SC's Ross Beecham nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keiran Wishart made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Antony Galloway struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Keiran Wishart didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dakar SC. James Lewington received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Toby Grainger came out and tried to block the shot, but James Lewington slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 57th minute. The supporters of Braunton booed when Dakar SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ross Beecham didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute, Roger Arrowsmith made a precise shot to the right of Keiran Wishart. Braunton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. Ross Beecham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keiran Wishart having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Ross Beecham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Dakar SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
