Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) Rhys Colley started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Lance Blackburn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antony Galloway went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Lance Blackburn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rhys Colley in the 7th minute of play. Ross Beecham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Ramsey AFC's Alfred Stayton got a free kick in the 13th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Antony Galloway managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dakar SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Antony Galloway was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lance Blackburn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the match, Roger Arrowsmith notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ramsey AFC's Lance Blackburn. Lance Blackburn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 20 played minutes Ramsey AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jools Probert. Lance Blackburn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antony Galloway in the 22nd minute of the match. Dakar SC's Rhys Colley got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antony Galloway received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Lance Blackburn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Roger Arrowsmith made a precise shot to the right of Lance Blackburn. Ramsey AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Zack Sanderson hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute of the match Rhys Colley sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lance Blackburn skillfully saved the ball. Rhys Colley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lance Blackburn having to interfere. Rhys Colley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antony Galloway in the 38th minute of play forced Ramsey AFC's goalkeeper Lance Blackburn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dakar SC's Ross Beecham got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ross Beecham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lance Blackburn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antony Galloway in the 45th minute of the match. The Ramsey AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dakar SC were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ash Eastwood to make the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Ross Beecham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dakar SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ross Beecham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ash Eastwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roger Arrowsmith during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 62 played minutes Dakar SC got a freekick which was hit by Roger Arrowsmith. 66 minutes into the game, Spike Parry recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lance Blackburn. Spike Parry showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Roger Arrowsmith's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Lance Blackburn skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Antony Galloway struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Lance Blackburn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dakar SC. After having played for 73 minutes, Roger Arrowsmith managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dakar SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Arrowsmith was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rhys Colley received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lance Blackburn came out and tried to block the shot, but Rhys Colley slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 77th minute. Roger Arrowsmith received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Lance Blackburn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rhys Colley scored 0-7 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lance Blackburn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 92nd minute, Antony Galloway got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 95 minutes, Ross Beecham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dakar SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ross Beecham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Roger Arrowsmith took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Lance Blackburn to make any attempt to save it.
