Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bob Kingston made the kick off which started today's match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matty Knight during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Matty Knight kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. When Ciprian Soare came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Turtle Woods fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciprian Soare couldn't finish the play. Ciprian Soare might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charles Wild. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ciprian Soare ran back to his position shaking his head. If Bob Kingston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Charles Wild came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Turtle Woods's Austen Groves. But to his dismay, Austen Groves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Turtle Woods getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. George Dearden hit a great ball. Ciprian Soare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If George Dearden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bob Kingston struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Joel Addison didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chesham United. 35 minutes into the match, Chesham United's goal looked a bit too open when Ciprian Soare came free, but Charles Wild reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Dearden in the 37th minute of play forced Chesham United's goalkeeper Charles Wild to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bob Kingston charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bob Kingston the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Turtle Woods booed when Chesham United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bob Kingston didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matty Hopton kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Turtle Woods's Ciprian Soare nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charles Wild made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ciprian Soare to make the kick off. Ciprian Soare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Greg Graydon in the 54th minute of play forced Turtle Woods's goalkeeper Joel Addison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dominic Hazledine kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Chesham United's Theo Bensley got a free kick in the 58th minute. With his leg Charles Wild managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Turtle Woods's Ciprian Soare fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dominic Hazledine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Charles Wild tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Addison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl Theobold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Matty Knight got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Austen Groves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd match minute, Chesham United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ron Phippard to maneuver through the defense. George Dearden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciprian Soare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Wild having to interfere. In the 85th match minute, Chesham United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bob Kingston to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciprian Soare in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charles Wild saved Chesham United from getting behind. Joel Addison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Greg Graydon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Chesham United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Turtle Woods were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
