Doug Sutton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Parry in the 10th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Defense's goal looked a bit too open when Cliff Carr came free, but Doug Sutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 played minutes Felix got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Perkins. Doug Sutton was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Ivan Perkins capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ivan Perkins really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 25th minute, Ivan Perkins made a precise shot to the right of Doug Sutton. Defense's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Doug Sutton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Perkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 28th minute, Damion Barkley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doug Sutton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradley Baker in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Ivan Perkins cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivan Perkins to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Defense's Sly Groves got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After having played for 53 minutes, Bradley Baker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Felix's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bradley Baker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute Abraham Parry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doug Sutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doug Sutton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Perkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Cliff Carr took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Doug Sutton. Doug Sutton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. After a rather tough play, Felix's Abraham Parry got a free kick in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the game, Ivan Perkins cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Doug Sutton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 70 minutes into the match, Defense's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Perkins came free, but Doug Sutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Cliff Carr notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Defense's Doug Sutton. Doug Sutton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 74 minutes into the match, Defense's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Parry came free, but Doug Sutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doug Sutton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cliff Carr went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. Doug Sutton came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Felix's Ivan Perkins. But to his dismay, Ivan Perkins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. 83 minutes into the game, Felix's Ivan Perkins nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Doug Sutton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-0. Cliff Carr scored 15-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doug Sutton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Doug Sutton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Hartson, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cliff Carr in the 92nd minute of play forced Defense's goalkeeper Doug Sutton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doug Sutton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Perkins's shot from short distance in the 94th minute.
